Best Start Up sponsored by Yell The Best Start Up Award is open to businesses launched on, or after, 6th April 2010. We're on the look out for someone who has created the biggest impact in the shortest space of time.
Best Online Business The Best Online Business Award is open to businesses who operate online. We're on the look out for someone whose website is visually pleasing and easy to use with good products and who can prove that getting online is a great investment for any business.
Best Green Business The Best Green Business Award is open to businesses that are ethical. We're on the look out for someone whose business is making a difference in the world with it's eco-friendly products and services, or the business with the most unique way of keeping it green.
Best Supporting Business The Best Supporting Business Award is open to businesses that support others in some way, be it business to business services, or supportive services to the public. We're on the look out for someone who have accessible, affordable services that provide a fantastic support system to others.
Best Saleswoman The Best Saleswoman Award is open to businesses that effectively sell products in a way that isn't necessarily the standard online shopping we're all so used to. We're on the look out for someone who may sell from a retail outlet, or may have boosted sales through the press and media. If you've found a way to sell it, we want to hear it.
Best Interactive Business The Best Interactive Business Award is open to businesses that work in close contact with it's clients. We're on the look out for a passionate people person whose business is based upon interacting with others as an integral part of the work they do.
Best International Trader The Best International Trader award is for any business who trades outside the UK. It's as simple as that. Do you sell products overseas? Offer your services across the globe? If you do, we want to hear from you.
Best Mumpreneur Product The Best Mumpreneur Product Award is open to Mumpreneurs who have created, or brought to market, a fantastic product. We're on the look out for something desirable and maybe even completely unique.
Best Dadpreneur It's not all for the women! The Best Dadpreneur Award is open to all dad's who run a business whilst juggling family life. We're on the lookout for a dad who has mastered mum's art of multitasking, and has created a fabulous business on top of looking after his little ones.
The Inspirational Business Mum The Inspirational Business Mum Award will be given to 2011's most inspirational mum in business. Every Mumpreneur who is nominated for any of the above categories will be entered into this award category, as every mum in business is in some way inspirational. It's not an easy job after all! We're looking for a mumpreneur who has proved inspirational through her successful business, as well as that mumpreneur who has gone that extra mile to help support others in some way. We want to find an ambassador for the UK's Business Mum's, and an inspiration to every mumpreneur, start up business woman and every mum considering starting a business.
